Annual Accounts

Kaukapakapa School Support Group

This is a voluntary group made up of parents, caregivers, whanau and school representatives who meet monthly in the staffroom.  Their objective is to organise and assist with activities for the benefit of the school through fundraising and social events.  Some of the reoccurring events they either organise or help with include annual events such as Ag Day and school discos, and biennial events like the gala.  At times they need extra assistance and may telephone or email parents to help out.  All parents and caregivers details are shared for this purpose unless specifically requested not to be.  Monthly meetings are advertised in the school newsletter and everyone is very welcome.  Our school support team are a fun group who get lots of pleasure out of raising funds for our students.  Their most recent fundraising efforts resulted in $100 000 being put towards the new shade structure!
