There is always something happening at KAUKAPAKAPA SCHOOL
Built in 2010 our modern classrooms are an ideal environment in which to learn. Our older classrooms and administration buildings are currently being rebuilt

At Kaukapakapa we have a range of devices for our students to stay on top of the digital era.
And we enjoy many individual and whole class discovery projects.
We cover a wide range of art topics, this was one of our Trash to Fashion entries.
Jasmin was runner up in the Auckland wide competition.(intermediate level)
In the summer season all of our students swim daily.

All of our students train and compete in a winter crosscountry run.
From Year 4 up our students participate in either a triathlon or duathlon (no bike)

With the enthusiastic help of our parents we have many teams that compete in the local summer touch rugby tournment
And in 2013 we entered a North Auckland Hockey competition

We bring in experts to teach sports like cricket.
The hall also has a brand new modern kitchen, with everything we need to teach food technology.
And we have a group of parents who help us to enter equestrian events.
We have a rugby competition running between local schools.
We have regular assemblies that allow our students the opportunity to share what they have been doing
We use the local hall to put on a biennial production. In 2012 it was Tied to the Tracks.

We run a range of BEST units, this was Market Day.
We are proud to have been the leading group behind the installation of a modern kitchen in our community hall. It will benefit the school & community for years to come.

Every year our senior students compete for the right to be crowned Young Farmer of the Year, in 2014 Gwyllym Leslie was our winner.
In 2015 Nikita Perry represented us at the Helensville A&P Show, and placed 2nd
We are proud of our rural connections and love to participate in our annual Ag Day event. Students eagerly bring in their animals & compete for the many ribbons on offer.

We love to participate in our annual Ag Day event. Held on a Saturday, students who do not have stock have a wide range of other competitions they can enter.
We have a very active parent support group who contribute greatly to the assets our little school has. One of their major fundraising events is our biennial fair,.. lots of FUN!!
